This role will be working on a large scale CRM based Program in St Leonards focusing on mapping the existing CRM processes followed by mapping the future processes.

As the Business Analyst on this project you will:

* Ascertain and document processes and requirements with a focus on business process improvement

* Delivering process change and technical recommendations

* Work closely with the Project Manager

* Assist with the end-to-end implementation of a new CRM solution

* Work with the Business and IT to understand and document business requirements

* Support functional design for the solution

The ideal candidate:

* 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst

* Collaborative approach with the ability to engage with all levels of stakeholders

* Experience working on CRM based programs in organisations that have high customer volumes

* Excellent functional requirements gathering and documentation skills

* Experience working on end-to-end projects

* Experience implementing CRM systems or similar technologies

* Experience working in an Agile environment

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
