Our Osterley, West London based client are currently seeking an experienced C/C++ Developer to join their team on an initial 3+ month contract.

What you'll be working on:

This role is to help assist on various Innovation initiatives related to our client's multi-award winning product line. The role will include working on some of the latest tech ahead of mass adoption, and support their extensive product portfolio of gadgets and apps deployed in millions of homes in Europe.

Who you'll be working with

You will be based out of our client's Headquarters in West London, which is home to the core product, architecture and development teams.

There is an incredibly exciting and ambitious product road map ahead. Offering visibility into a truly end-to-end product and content life-cycles extending from the camera right to the TV in the consumer premises, and all the complex systems and processes that lies in between. Our client can provide plenty of growth opportunities in different teams, domains and verticals.

What we would like to see:

Expertise in C and C++.

At ease with patching OS, libraries, compilers and debuggers.

Desirable requirements

* Experience of working on Linux /Android Kernel and /or other similar Real time OS (RTOS).

* Device Drivers, GCC

* Interest in audio or voice assistants - such as Alexa or Google home.

* Familiarity with AWS tools like Lex/Polly

* Speech recognition or

* Wireless communications (Bluetooth, WiFi etc.)

* Real Time operating Systems

* Python (for testing)
