1st / 2nd Line Support - Leeds
My Client has an urgent requirement for an experienced 1st/2nd line analyst to join their team during a period of transition.
You will mainly be supporting in a Microsoft technologies as per the following:
*Minimum 3 years Call Centre/Service Desk operator experience in a large organisation.
*Ability to provide excellent customer service via the phone and using remote technologies.
*Minimum 3 years Active Directory administration experience.
*Minimum 3 years Outlook 2010, Outlook 2013 and M.S Exchange 2010 experience
*Minimum 3 years Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 Desktop support experience.
*Good application knowledge in the use of: Office 20102013, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, covering Office versions 2003 - 2010.
