Systems Training Administrator - Urgent contract opportunity3-6 month contract to assess the training needs of a large manufacturing/distribution company as they upgrade their legacy systems.Client DetailsThe client are a UK manufacturing and distribution firm. This role is based out of their Lancashire site, with an office in Cheshire also available as a base for candidates.DescriptionTrainer (systems training) - Urgent contract opportunityThe client are about to undergo a major programme of transformation to upgrade their legacy systems, and as such need someone to come on-board to support them with mapping out their training needs to ensure all employees are brought up to speed in using the relevant systems and tools for their business area. Key responsibilities will include:Needs analysis and gap analysis for current training provisionDraw up training plans and timetabling for external suppliers to deliver trainingBuild courses for training to be delivered (top level content)Source trainers to deliver the training ProfileThe successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes relating to manufacturing and distribution, and be comfortable assessing which areas of the business will require what training e.g how many users will need training on the Finance system?Demonstrable experience in an administrative role organising IT/Systems trainingSkills in training needs and gap analysisHighly organised and methodicalClear experience scheduling training sessions/organising a portfolio of training to be deliveredJob OfferSystems Training Administrator - Urgent contract opportunityThis role will be for at least 3 months, working with the business to put in place a clear plan for who will need training on what, and when, and liaising with external suppliers to bring them in as needed to deliver the relevant training. They need someone to start ASAP and can offer interviews this week.
