Lead Full Stack Java Developer

Monthly Rate: AED 30k-35k (£6500 - £7500)+ healthcare

Initial 12 Month Contract

As a global organisation serving over 60 countries worldwide, our client is looking for a talented individual to join their headquarters in Dubai as a Lead / Senior Developer to focus on Java / Middleware technology within the Mobile App / Mobile Web development team.

Skills Mandatory skills: a. Java EE 8, Middleware, ESB, TIBCO. b. HTML5/CSS3, Angular JS 1.x / 2, Index DB, Typescript. c. Spring (data, core, aop, jaxrs, jms, cache) v3 +, Hibernate v3+ d. Couchbase / MongoDB, Oracle / SQL e. AWS / OpenShift / dockers f. Maven v3+, gradle, webpack, npm g. Nodejs v4 +, Express JS, OAUTH / JWT h. Jenkins, Cobertura / PMD i. Junit, Mockito j. GOF Design Patterns, Thinking in Java. 4.

Good to have skills: a. Architecture Patterns b. Modelling / UML 5. Certifications required if any

Key Responsibilities

*Responsible for breaking down complex technical problems into simple, implementable solutions.

*Maintain a full and complete understanding of solution interdependencies and limitations.

*Envision and realize a Microservice architecture on the Java platform

*Manage the technical factors related to the resilience, performance, quality, and responsiveness of solutions

*Ensure technical features are delivered to support all non-functional requirements.

*Guide development staff to exploit identified new techniques and strategies to work more efficiently.

*Overall responsibility for code quality and development level testing.

*Overall responsibility for code reviews.
