As a Data Migration Analyst -CRM you will work closely with Campaign Services and Analytics Data Engineering Team in order to shape campaign requirements and provide advice on data and capability developments. You will bring with you Experience of Marketing Automation tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar. This role is an exciting opportunity for you to work on large projects, migrating campaigns from SAS CI (Customer Intelligence) into SQL/Vertica environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Identify the most efficient way to replicate the current logic using best practice processes
*Advise the best ways of using the new tool(s) and selections to achieve campaign efficiency
*Support the development of new tests within every campaign where practical
*Identify data quality issues and liaise with the Analytics Data Engineering team to address
*Where appropriate, automate campaign build and delivery to improve efficiency
*Provide technical supervision when required for less technical staff
*Work with Analytics Data Engineering advising them on data best practice, designing database changes to fit the migration and supporting their data solution evolution
Accountabilities:
*Ensure the migration spec is delivered via campaign parallel run
*Set up new Campaign QA processes to be carried out before data releases
*Apply contact rules as defined in the Customer Strategy in a rigorous and robust way
*Work with the wider Campaign Services Team to maintain quality at every milestone
Essential:
*Proficiency in advanced SQL querying
*Knowledge of how Apps and Websites work and how they can work together
*At least 3 years' experience of Campaign Management Tools such as SAS CI, Adobe, IBM Unica
*Subject matter expert in marketing and data-driven decisioning processes
*Experience of developing complex campaign automations and selections (multi-stage trigger activity or campaigns with a high degree of segmentation)
