Infrastructure Team Leader

One of my clients is urgently looking for an Infrastructure Team Leader to join their team on a 3 month day rate contract, which will then flip into fixed term contract.

That said, you will be managing a team of 5 and reporting directly into the Infrastructure Manager. They have a 600 base user and there will be 50% Project Work and 50% BAU.

Job Title: Infrastructure Team Leader

* Location: London, Wembley

* Duration: 3 months, to then switch into fixed term

* Day Rate: £350

* Start Date: ASAP

* Outside IR35

The successful candidate will need to have the following experience below:

* VMWARE / VCentre 6.0

* Citrix

* Office 365

* Azure

Job Specification:

1 Own the Major Incident and Problem Management ITIL processes, with documented policies, processes and procedures to ensure these are embedded throughout the IT Department using the IT Service Management System.

2 Ensure all Incidents and Issues raised with Infrastructure are handled within given SLA.

3 Ensure new systems transition in to operation support and supporting documentation is up to date.

4 Keep record of all licenses and ensure appropriate support and maintenance contracts in place.

5 Actively monitor all IT Systems and recommend improvements or changes as required.

6 Manage all infrastructure development projects, and support those projects managed by other teams.
