Business Analyst - 3 month contract - Sydney
I am currently working with one of my key clients and resourcing for a Business Analyst for an initial 3 month contract with potential to extend. The role will be based out of Macquarie Park, Sydney.
The role of the business analyst it to replace a component of a CRM system that the organisations ALM BDM's use in the field for store audits / compliance / sales opportunity / journey planning etc. A solution the organisation is looking at is Salesforce 'Field Service Lightning'.

Skills:

* Stakeholder Management
* Able to engage IT and Business teams
* CRM experience
* At least 5 years experience in Business and IT
The key responsibility of this Business Analyst and he/she will be required to work with key stakeholders to deliver this in a timely manner. The stakeholders are great with both the sponsor and business lead being both very supportive, invested and willing to do anything possible to get the right outcome so it is very important that this person has the softer skills to engagement with business and IT people.
