* Develop and document the Cyber Prepare Strategy.

* Baseline and document the current cyber capabilities.

* Prioritise the capabilities according to the current and forecasted threat picture.

* Identify and document cyber capability gaps.

* Develop actionable plans for the enhancement of capabilities.

* Produce actionable plans for the delivery of two National exercises, required to test and assess threat readiness.

* Develop framework for the effective capture of exercise outcomes through lessons learnt reviews.

* Regular progress and performance reporting to senior management.

SC Clearance is required
