JavaScript Developer

Tasks

* Design, Development and documentation of new workflows and blueprints together with the infrastructure subject matter experts

* Continuous development and enhancement of the current offering

* Integration of globally distributed infrastructure endpoints

* Debugging and troubleshooting of existing workflows and

* Interfaces in vRealize Automation

* 3rd level troubleshooting and support in case of vRealize

* Automation related incidents and problems

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in building JavaScript Web Applications with common frameworks like JQuery and Bootstrap

* Good understanding of IT infrastructure environments like Linux, Microsoft Windows and VMware

* Experience in integrating infrastructure endpoints with different protocols like SOAP, REST, SSH, PowerShell remoting

* Good understanding of IT & business processes including compliance

* University degree in Computer Science (HF, TS, FH or University)

* Profound knowledge of the VMWare tool landscape

* VMware vRealize Automation Experience, like the creation of blueprints, publishing of catalogues, design of new workflows, integration of infrastructure endpoints

* Experience in other languages used in vRealize like PowerShell, Ruby and Python

* Experience in integrating infrastructure endpoints with different protocols like SOAP, REST, SSH, Powershell remoting

* Fluent English and German in both word and writing
