Service Desk Engineer NHS Contract - Basildon

I ma currently recruiting for 2 Service Desk Engineers to work with a large NHS client in Basildon, Essex.

Contracts are due to start imminently and are for 10 weeks initially with a good chance of extension. 1st/ 2nd line level daily rate is circa £140 PD

You will mostly be supporting generic MS software however Ideal skills we are looking for if possible include:

? NHS Mail

? Active Directory

? Registration Authority (SMART Card)

? Primary Care Clinical systems (e.g. Vision, EMIS Web, TPP)

? Desirable: Community Systems (e.g. Rio)

? Desirable: National Applications (GP2GP, SCR, EPS R2, PDS, C&B, etc.)

? Management of training bookings

otherwise standard 1st 2nd line support will still be considered (ideally ITIL trained)
