Spring Technology has a very exciting role for a Change Programme Management Office Administrator, for in which it will be your duty to provide administrative support for project governance and delivery.

Within your remit, it will be within your set of tasks to; track the status of project progress against planned milestones and budgets; to make sure the delivery governance and toolkit are being applied correctly; to prepare stage gates; involvement in the raising, tracking and invoicing of purchase orders; to arrange project meetings; and to coordinate regular project reports.

For this role you will be based in Kent, however there may be the occasional need to travel for this role.

You will get the opportunity to work with a professional workforce, including; Project and Programme Managers; Communication personnel; the Change Management team and the Test Management team.

You will use your skills with Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel; to communicate vital project communications to these teams and key stakeholders, cementing the success of the project as a whole.

Required experience:

*Project administration experience

*Experience of working and communicating with senior stakeholders

Desirable:

*Experience of the management of small projects

*Knowledge of project management tools and techniques

*Knowledge of Excel formulae, including the setting up of pivot tables & charts
