Mobile Phone Technician needed by a top client of Experis around the hampshire area. This is exciting role to work with the latest tech and enterprise environment.
Mobile Phone Technician key responsibilities:
* Preparing Smartphones ready for deployment;
* Assisting with the set up of deployment hubs/venues;
* Deploying Smartphone devices to recipients and assisting with any questions related to the enrolment/initial set up of the new smartphone device. Directing recipients to online guidance information & self service support where applicable;
* Escalating technical or deployment process issues to the deployment manager;
* Reviewing service delivery as part of the deployment team to ensure that all issues affecting users are addressed and documented;
* Assisting with the administration & decommissioning of the current service and devices;
* Other administrative and 2nd Level Support tasks associated with the deployment and as directed by the deployment manager.
