DevOps Engineer

Financial services company who provide market data to the capital markets community are looking for a DevOps engineer.

You will have the following skillset:

* Strong analytical skills and ability to breakdown and simplify large complex systems.

* At least 5 years of shell scripting and Python coding experience.

* At least 3 years of experience working with Ansible, Nagios and Elastic Stack.

* At least 3 years of experience working with REST APIs

* At least 3 years of experience working in or alongside Operations or Engineering teams.

* General understanding of the TCP/IP stack and packet tracing.

Experience working with the following would be beneficial

* Bare metal server deployments

* Multicast and network routing protocols

* Big data systems such as Hadoop

* Message queue technologies such as Kafka and Redis

* Docker containers
