One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Head of TOM on a Oracle HCM programme.

Location - Hertfordshire

Duration - 6 months

Day Rate - Negotiable

Experience:

*Experience working on a Oracle HCM programme

*Experience of designing and managing Target Operating Models / TOM's

*Strong programme and transformation experience
