Currently looking for a Senior Windows System Administrator to start in Newcastle immediately (contract).

The role will be responsible for all operational events and incident management, configuration management and patch management across the enterprise-wide Windows system infrastructure.

Primarily the role will be providing the required support and administration to maintain optimum performance and utilisation of the associated platform including Windows Server 2003-2016, Windows Active Directory, ADFS, Citrix and associated platforms.

In addition, the role will provide out-of-hours on call support for the platform including undertaking patch and configuration management when required, working closely with third-party vendors in supporting the platform to SLA.

Experience required:

* Experience in IT platforms and organisations across network architecture, systems administration and operational break/fix.

* Experience as an enterprise architect/technical architect across large, private sector organisations.

* Experience in Requirements Engineering, Solution Architecture, Design, Development and Deployment.

* Experienced around IT/Telecoms infrastructure and technology in a service-provider and/or global enterprise.

* Interacts with end-users and all levels of management in developing solutions to problems or creating efficiencies pertaining to Telecom processes that impact the business.
