Information Security Engineer - Blockchain

Information Security Engineer is required for a Fintech Startup based in London. As the Information Security Engineer you will need to have extensive knowledge of being responsible for the whole security environment including network, system & application security. Designs, implements, and integrates complex solutions.

As the security engineer you will be responsible for the full internal penetration testing of the networks and across all of the company's blockchain products. As the successful candidate you will also have previously dealt with and protected against real world security breaches. Any experience of dealing with these kind of problems across cryptocurrencies such as; bitcoin, Ether and any other cryptography will be an advantage but not essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Information Security Engineer to get involved with this revolutionary project based in the City of London. This is an initial 6 month contract position paying up to £800 a day.

Essential skills:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent

Extensive knowledge of emerging technologies including Blockchain, Crypto and IOT.

You will have previous experience of dealt with and protected against real world security breaches

Expertise in internal penetration testing across all networks and systems.
