Business Analyst

The requirement is for a Business Analyst (BA) to primarily facilitate ITSM toolset, data model/set, service and process requirements to underpin the design and implementation of the SIAM workstream as part of s Modernisation Programme. This will be undertaken via a number of workshops with SMEs, end user engagement sessions and iterative testing and development including 'show & tells'.

It will be executed using analysis activities that relate to a Process Improvement Lifecycle. The BA would be immersed in particular Modernisation Workstreams and be expected to support those by hands on production of analysis collateral including with appropriate techniques to be agreed with the Workstream Lead.

User Experience (UX) analysis will be critical to this role as will ITSM toolset analysis and Business Process Modelling and agile ways of working are essential. Knowledge/experience of CMMI, Maturity Modelling, Gap Analysis and exposure to business areas as well as SIAM Product/Application Development are highly desirable.
