Leading Investment Bank in London are looking to hire a Senior Operations Change Lead to join their client operations function. They are looking for a senior operations leader with a strong appreciation of the full client lifecycle, someone who has led global functions and is comfortable managing up to Ex Co and C-suite stakeholders.

This will be working within the data services team and will help to bring together the oversight and management of all data related functions globally within client operations.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working with and influencing up to Ex Co and C-suite level.

* Proven experience leading large scale global teams within capital markets.

* Ideally have delivered as a Programme Manager previously

* Knowledge of investment banking operations, ideally around client operations or client data.

* Confident working with functions such as FCC, KYC, legal etc.

* Risk and control experience.
