SQL Developer - HTML5, PHP, SSRS - J-Query - Javascript

My client is a market leading hospital based in London who have an urgent requirement for an SQL Developer.

The successful candidate must have:

Excellent knowledge and experience working on HTML5, PHP, SSRS, J-Query, JavaScript and SSRS.

Be a certified T-SQL developer

Have 5 years minimum experience
