The work location is in Warwick and is 3-6 months

This role requires occasional travel to Southend.

Rate £400-£460

Day to day responsibilities of the role:

The candidate will be responsible for building, monitoring and managing the performance environments in the IBM managed AWS, and supporting the processes at HMRC to build and manage the same for client side performance test, integration test and production environments. The candidate will be required to automate the build of new infrastructure and application releases following best practice DevOps.

Will they more of a tester or will they be managing the environments?

The DevOps role will very much be management and build of the AWS environments. The environments will range from performance testa to production, but we have performance testers who are responsible for running the tests.
