My NHS client based South of London is looking to appoint a band 8B manager to lead on resilience, who has operational experience. The role will be initially for 3 months and some of the key duties of the role are;

* working with the local Foundation Trust;

* leading on resilience;

* interface System Resilience;

* Operational experience;

* covering all aspects of acute including planned & unscheduled care.

It is essential that the candidate is very IT literate, and has a good understanding of IT systems including Microsoft Excel and other systems. (no qualifications necessary). The ideal candidate should have;

* leadership skills - managing a small team;

* managing relationships;

* working as a team and an individual.
