Role: Continuing Healthcare Nurse Assessor

Location: London

Duration: 3 months with view to extend

Rate: £240 - £280 a day

My NHS client requires a Community Continuing Healthcare Nurse Assessor for a short-term contract in London to start as soon as possible.

You will be required to assist the organisation with their Nurse Assessment Load.

The skills and experience required for this position are:

*Registered General Nurse

*Experience and understanding on the Continuing Healthcare Framework

*Experience of performing nurse assessments

*Experience of working with Multi-Disciplinary team. You will be responsible for a group of care homes and assess residents as to whether they are eligible for Continuing Healthcare (CHC) or Funded Nursing Care (FNC).

In addition also ensure all their care needs are being met and of a satisfactory standard.
