Role: CHC Children's Nurse Assessor

Duration: 3 - 6 Months

Location: London

Rate: £280 - £320 a day

Our NHS client has a requirements for a Children's Continuing Care Nurse Assessor to join their team for 3-6 Month Contract.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

* MUST BE a RSCN with minimum 2 years experience

* Experience working with children

* Experience working in Continuing Healthcare

* Experience of assessing and reviewing the patients in different settings, hospital, community and Nursing home settings.

* Knowledge of National Framework for Continuing Healthcare and NHS Funded Nursing Care and Education and Health Care Plans (EHCP)

* Presenting reports and information to the relevant decision making panels.

* You will be working independently

*THIS ROLE WILL INVOLVE TRAVELLING*
