IT Support Contract

Bristol

3 month contract

£10-£15 per hour

IC Resources has an urgent requirement for an IT Support Contractor requiring experience in:

- OSX, Windows, Linux

- Microsoft Office 365

- Supporting User IT issues

- IT on-boarding/Set up of new machines/Virtual Machine Images

IC Resources have an urgent 3 month IT Support Contract to start as soon as possible, based out of Bristol. The role will involve: New user IT on-boarding; Supporting users with IT issues; Cloud services monitoring; Set-up of new machines / virtual machine images; Quotes for new kit, order processing and Asset Management. As a result, they require experience in OSX, Windows and Linux, ideally; supporting/managing Microsoft Office. In addition, further knowledge in the following would be beneficial but not essential: Google Apps; Jamf Pro/Casper Suite; Zendesk/Jira; VmWare ESx/Fusion.
