Senior NPD Technologist

We have an urgent requirement for an Interim Senior Product Technologist to join a leading manufacturer based in the North West, offering competitive day rates.

This will be an initial 3 month contract, reporting into the Head of NPD. This is an urgent requirement with the potential to start this week. Please let me know if you would be interested or know anyone who would be suitable.

The suitable candidate will have:

* Bakery or Ambient experience

* Experience with critical paths, product shelf life, bench marking and analysing products

* Have good customer interaction and understanding of what the retailer requires

* Passionate about the food industry and a get up and go attitude
