Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor required immediately for a retail fit-out framework in the Manchester area.

The client is a top tier blue chip Fit-out contractor working on a major retail framework throughout the Manchester area perfect for an experienced Quantity Surveyor. The project will involve the transformation of a number of retails spaces into modern and interesting places in which to shop.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor should have:

5 years Quantity Surveyor experience

Experience running retail fit-out contracts

Strong employment history with Fit out contractors

Knowledge of traditional JCT contracts

Contract Details:

Duration: 6 months

Location: Manchester based

Rate: £250 per day
