Daily Rate: £375-400

Nigel Frank are working closely with an end user client requiring a SQL DBA/Developer to start ASAP. The client have been running on a legacy system that needs to be decommissioned to SQL Server 2016. This migration project will initially run for 3 months, however they have discussed extensions on the basis of business as usual work that is required.

The successful contractor considered for the BI team will have experience in SSIS, SSRS, SQL, T-SQL, PowerShell and other MS BI products as well as having skilled understanding of data warehouse development, ETL and a track record of successful migration projects. The successful contractor will support the team of 3 DBAs in overal large scale migration, ETL and data warehousing solutions to meet client business needs.

The successful contractor will possess the essential skills:

- SSRS (SQL Server Report Services)/SSIS package development

- Microsoft SQL Server 2014

- Experience in Microsoft BI stack products

- High understanding of data warehousing (OLAP/Data Mining)

- TSQL, PowerShell

This contracted role offers competitive day rates based on experience.
