Freelance Senior UX Designer - The Hague

We're on the lookout for a Senior UX Designer for a Freelance contract, based on-site in The Hague. The right candidate will be available immediately and willing to work on-site for a minimum 4 days per week.

You will have the following experience:

* 5 years + UX/Interaction Design Experience

* Solid Knowledge of UX, Research and Visual Design

* Big companies (no small web agencies, etc). e.g: banks, government, IT companies, consultancies, Blue chip companies, etc.

* Agile

* Designing complex software tools and not only websites/Mobile apps

* Must have the ability to communicate and defend design solutions and decisions to colleagues and project stakeholders

* Experience with Balsamiq, Axure and rapid prototyping

* Must be able to work independently or part of a team.

* Must speak fluent, business level English
