My NHS client based in the South West is currently recruiting for an Urgent Care Commissioning Manager for a 4-6 month role.

Essential skills:

Day to day management of the portfolio - A&E, change programmes

Recommission of OOH

Pathway Redesign

Ability to write up concise business cases

Project management delivery

The ideal candidate will be required to focus on the oversight of the resilience fo the whole urgent care system. To develop proposals for clinical commissioners. Focus on the Urgent Care working group. You will also need to performance manage acute contracts, OOH, Clinical Services etc.

Whilst you will need to have an understanding of the commissioning side of Urgent Care, the focus is on the delivery of the different requirements of the project.

This is a 4-6 month role with interviews next week.

Day rate will be 375
