A key of mine is seeking an interim to cover a short term assignment based in the Midlands. My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background working in Intermediate Care across Communities.

The Project Manager will lead on a lead on Intermediate Care pathway in Adult Social Care in collaboration with the Better Care Fund.

The Project Manager will engage with various stakeholders within Adult Social Care

The Successful Project Manager will put in place processes and protocols relevant to mandated projects, liaise with the Strategic Commissioning Team, utilising excellent Prince2 Methodology you will record all aspects of the project in line with practices and procedures.

The Intermediate Care Project Manager will design and implement measures to monitor and evidence the impact of the projects, Measure Hospital admissions, length of stay and After Care.

Experienced Project Manager must have a proven track record working on large scale Community Social Care Projects. Must have experience working in Adult Social Care settings. Prince 2 Qualified or equivalent.
