Urgent Care Programme Manager.

Location: North West.

Length: 3 Months.

Rate: £450-500

I am urgently looking for a Urgent Care Programme Manager for a CCG in the North West.

The key initiatives for this CCG are the deliver the of the NHS 111 and out of hours Programme and their aim like many others are hoping to implement better service around Urgent Care and reduction of Acute admissions.

The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of working on urgent care services from either Commissioner or Provider side the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project and programme management .The role will involve working on a set of urgent care projects at different stages including:

Discharge to assess, the evaluation of resilience programme as it stands currently and Implementation of NHS 111 and GP out of hours strategies.
