Senior Front End Developer - London - Front-End Developer, UX, UI, Javascript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, HTTP, MVC

My client, a leading Financial Services organisation are looking for a senior Front End Developer to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.

The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of common patterns and technology in delivering rich internet applications, you will also have a background in mobile platforms. It is important that the candidate will have implemented several successful complex client facing applications.

The candidate should be prepared to undertake supervisory responsibilities as and when the role permits. Key relationships internally include: Programme & Project Managers, Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Testers and Developers within the technology teams and also direct interaction with the business users.

* Digital UX, UI and IA design and implementation, specifically in rich internet application

* Web accessibility and build regulations

* Building UIs with graphical content and transitions using SVG, CSS & JQuery transforms and animations

* Background in Javascript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, HTTP, evidence of: * Web CMS platforms and architecture (preferable Adobe CQ / EM)

* Web stack design and management (web and application server) Desirable Skills * Software design including OO and functional paradigms

* Service oriented architectures and data integration

* iOS / Objective C experience Managerial experience
