The successful candidate will have:

- Knowledge and experience of working on urgent care services from either Commissioner or Provider side

- A proven track record in project and programme management

The role will involve working on a set of urgent care projects at different stages including:

- Discharge to assess

- Evaluation of resilience programme

- Implementation of care homes strategy
