Urgent Care/ A&E Redesign Programme Manager

y client, an Acute Trust in London, are currently looking for a an interim Programme Manager to manage and improve their A&E performance.

As well as looking at reducing A&E attendances, a large part of this role will be to look at the whole patient pathway throughout the Trust and to look at how patients can be discharged more effectively to put less pressure on the front door.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

- Experience of managing Trustwide transformation programmes of work

- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills (with Clinicians at all levels)

- Excellent knowledge of Urgent Care and A&E
